“I was promoted to Associate Director in 2006 just before becoming a mum. Conversations around my career progressed as per normal and Deloitte was open to flexible working arrangements.”

Started the China Services Group

“I grasped at the opportunity to find new and better ways for Deloitte to work with their clients by helping to start, then grow the China Services Group with Bruce Wallace. It was to be the first professional services team focused on Chinese businesses in the NZ market.”
