Corporate Finance and Commercial & Economic Advisory: Everything we do is about creating value for our clients

Everything we do is about value, whether that be financial profitability, economic or social value. As a member of our team you will create value for our diverse range of public and private sector clients, working with them to solve their most pressing strategic, financial and commercial problems.

We work closely with our clients on the challenges they face, helping them to make important decisions utilising our broad suit of services, which fall into two main areas:

  1. We assist our private sector clients on Corporate Finance projects, including valuations, transaction support, lead mergers & acquisition (M&A) advisory, restructuring and capital raising.
  2. We provide Commercial and Economic Advisory services to our public and private sector clients, from strategic decision-making, economic analysis, and policy advice, to infrastructure development and business case development.

To succeed in this environment you will need strong analytical thinking, a sound understanding of value in its many guises, the ability to interpret the numbers and then articulate your findings in a way that makes sense to your client.

No month will be identical as you work on a variety of different projects, involved with diverse project teams, giving you fantastic exposure and the opportunity to learn from colleagues and mentors with a variety of skillsets, at all levels of the business. All our graduates will have the opportunity to work on Corporate Finance projects and Commercial and Economic Advisory projects.
